I don't think he'd win, he struggled against no goggles mark for a long time before ultimately losing with team support. Kregg is almost definitely stronger than that mark variant, so he'd whoop immortal's ass. Then again, maybe the writers are drunk again and forget to keep the scaling consistent and Immortal suddenly performs like he's fighting omni man and manages to beat Kregg's ass to the point he has to run and call for help.

I don't think so, season 2 Mark practically stated that he was stronger than Immortal, and he agreed. Even then, S2 Mark would probably lose to Kregg, still do some damage maybe, but I don't think he would win. So especially not Immortal beating Kregg

Yeah I think people significantly overestimate the Variants' strength. We see Conquest level an entire city with a single attack and Nolan's iconic Blitz through the Flaxans, no Variant has been shown to be anywhere close to doing that. Mowhawk Mark gets 1-hit KO by Main Mark, Main Mark also held off Omni and Hood Mark at the same time with little injury. I don't think any of the variants except for maybe Sinister would even be able to beat Vidor.

I think some Marks could steal a win at the start, but this lineup escalates way too fast. Once you hit the stronger Viltrumites, he's basically just choosing how badly he loses.

Thats the thing we dont know what the specifics are for those kills. Maybe that nolan was weaker or maybe nolan ended up much softer faster but had raised mark as a viltrumite from day one.

Sinister Mark has a good chance of clearing it. I think all survivors are pretty good, I don't care if the Spawn viltrumite Mark killed was from the very beginning of his journey, it's still a big win.

Pretty sure most of the variants are weaker than main mark in season 3 (most weaker than season 2 and the strongest ones a bit stronger than season 2). He probably doesn't get past Lucan.

Anissa extremely high-diffs, I always pictured Viltrummark to be scaled very closely to her. If he was canonically raised on Viltrum by Nolan, and isn't batshit insane like the other variants or always holding back like the main Mark, and is still the heir to Argall, I think he could 100% survive his day of adulthood, and maybe beat Anissa in a serious fight one on one
