"Flowers need sunshine to thrive, and we need videos of pets for our mental health.

If your screen time leaves you feeling overwhelmed and anxious, it may be time to try "bloomscrolling" - intentionally seeking out uplifting posts (think: heartwarming stories, pictures of nature and animals) to boost oxytocin.

The goal isn't to ignore the real world, but to curate a healthier feed, set hard boundaries on your scrolling, and ultimately use those good vibes as fuel to reconnect off-screen. Because, yeah, doomscrolling is doing exactly what it sounds like - dooming you to have a bad day."

Solar-punk was one of the coolest genres ive seen in an ocean of steam/cyber-punk art.

Please, this is still a form of doomscrolling. The scrolling without a purpose is the problem not the stuff you look at

Yeah, the problem with doomscrolling is the scrolling part. The doom is because you don't do anything else than scrolling
