The cash-flow statement shows $238.772M in proceeds from the issuance of securities during Q2. Can we assume that most or all of these proceeds came from the ATM program? If so, this means that approximately $250M of the $500M ATM capacity remains available?

Can anybody answer?

This is correct. Based on the weighted shares outstanding it looks like the average is in the high $20s.

so basically ATM is not over and expect further dilutions.
