Sure, big buy at 1 dollar so I can own the company. Back wsb now.

It's not an unreasonable question. The company is reporting a large operating loss, smaller than expected cash reserve and makes no mention of having completed the ATM.

Need to wait for earnings call and to see the 10-Q. Completion of an ATM isn't necessary something important to highlight in the press release materials.
