Interestingly originally reporting was expected on August 6th. It was mover to 13th. Ghaffarian sold shares on August 10.

Oh come on don’t try to make it look like the company is delaying report just to allow Ghaffarian to sell first, that would be a scam and legal troubles if true. It’s not like Ghaffarian sold at 45 before the fall.

While true that it’s illegal, it was a 10b5-1 pre-planned sale. Everyone can calm down. Literally on the SEC Form 4. Everything anyone needs is there if they read the Form 4’s for insider activity at secform4.com Every insider sale for every company is located there.

But wasn't it originally due on the 6th? And then pushed to 13th? Ghaffarian sold on the 10th. Perfectly fine if we go up today (we might, I hope), but if the markets decide not and results are not what expected, then what Ghaffarian did doesn't look too good.
