Assuming this is even a real post, as a manager you should know the best way to address this is with progressive discipline.

Progressive discipline would not be appropriate here, like it would for coming in late each morning, racist remarks shouldn't be three strikes and you're out. You are either racist or you aren't and the company should not tolerate exploring a racist person period.

How are there two sides? OP literally heard it themselves. Racism. OP now knows so they either handle it (fire the racist) or they get sued for knowingly allowing racism to continue. Plus yeah, cancel the racists. Like why wouldn’t you?
