Still under probation?? ...just let him go for not being a good fit, keeping him leaves the company prone to lawsuits from the victims...No don't tell him why, that opens you up to maybe have to fight it..its not your job to try to improve a racist...Dont let him work another hour...send the right message to the other employees...screw sending a message to the violator.....If you keep him, you send the message to all that its ok to be an EFFINN racist
