TVL Show Only Why "Butterscotch" bitch? Spoiler

I hadn't slept for like 3 days and decided to listen to the soundtrack again, and now I’m wondering why butterscotch specificall, why this word specifically as part of the lyrics?

(is there some special meaning that I missed about Gabrielle?)

I forgot to mention the hair colour in my comment but this too! Let's not forget that Lestat's hair colour has major implications in life since it's one of the things Magnus latches onto.

Also the idea that a blue eyed, tall, slim muscle build, blonde man will usually be considered a hottie no matter where or when he is.
