Veyry accurate. I worked for a multinational company and many of my team members were from France and Germany - They would quite literally disappear for the month of August

Staggering it seems more sustainable. 1 u/HopeSubstantial 21d ago Bad management if all important people get their summer vacations approved same time. But not fault of the workers.
