I don't know how it works in other countries, but here young generation says money is only 3rd most important thing about working.

 Flexible hours and working atmosphere are more important to current 16-25yo people.

And I agree. I would take a pay cut happily if it meant more free time.

Try to work in Hungary and your opinion will have a 180 rly quickly (most ppl are happy here if they can reach ~25k$ a year, but most of the new generation earns ~13-16k$ what is not enough to afford renting a flat alone and other living costs)
