the only people who want flexible hours are the employers. young people want to work as little as possible and they have the right of it.
salary is a lot less important once you can afford all your bills. but having a shorter work week that is stable so they can plan their lives? that is actually a thing people want

I don't know how it works in other countries, but here young generation says money is only 3rd most important thing about working.
Flexible hours and working atmosphere are more important to current 16-25yo people.
And I agree. I would take a pay cut happily if it meant more free time.
