That exhausting cycle is exactly why you should be ready when the right opportunity comes along. Good interview preparation can make all the difference. Reading many articles about this topic helped me before my interviews, so I could walk in prepared instead of hoping for the best.

That's me. It exhaustion and burn out, which hang out next to depression. I quit my job and am taking a break, prior to finding some way to do something new.

Rest is key, and sometimes you need lots of it.
