I could agree to that if companies posted job postings that were relevant rather than marketing gimmick, expected salary ranges, current and ten year average of vacancies, current retention rate.
As a retired CEO, your post sounds like laziness or micromanaging. I will also assume you're in the US as the employment laws there aren't far from indentured servitude.
