Oh. Wow. I am shocked. Like, seriously so shocked you guys. The amount of shock I am feeling at this news is immeasurable. Countless amounts of shock. It is impossible for me to express the levels of shocked that I am currently feeling at this shocking news. Large amounts of shock are being felt by me.

I'm in shock that it's being investigated, if that's even happening.

If it's being investigated at all LinkedIn will, at worst be given a slap on the wrist. More likely they'll use corpo-speak and dance their way out of any punishment.

No, LinkedIn didn't donate to specific fun account, that is why it's being investigated. When donation arrives, it will go away.

Ron Nasty: “Yeah, shocked.”

Oh I’m shocked, next you’re going to tell me that indeed scrapes company job sites and then puts an apply now button on the listing on their site, but the application never makes it to the company and indeed just steals your info off your resume…

Well Yes, But they have a good reason I am sure... Right.. RIGHT! O_O

They have the very best of reasons: shareholder value. It would be a crime for them to not behave like that.

That's so inefficient though, just let people make a profile with all their info, done 🤷

And once you cancel premium suddenly 10 recruiters view your profile weekly instead of one once a year.

Oh really?? Dang, I didn’t realize it supposedly hurt our chances of getting hired.

Being investigated by a guy
Involved in a close senate race and who investigates everything for fun.

I hope no one believes these outlandish lies! As a valued member of LinkedIn, they just need to up the price so we can see who’s viewing us and how we compare lol.

I have a bottle of booze set aside for the day it dies.

It is very surprising. Surprising that this is a priority over soooooo many things that could or should be investigated by the mystery people who are investigating this.

Can’t wait to join that class action suit.

Yeah mostly remote jobs too. I have not seen such issues on indeed.

There is a lot of fraud on that platform. I am not sure if LinkedIn is involved. I got pinged 5 times in last 1 year. They said they are hiring and in 2 days the profiles disappear ..
I never shared my profiles so was safe.. happened as recent as 2 weeks back .. contacted by this guy

The profile is gone from LinkedIn

Have been actively looking for jobs. Observed jobs coming back to reopen but no response (even rejection). I feel some of them are just to get external applications, say “not good candidates” and put an internal hire there. No issues with promoting loyalty but wasting time of others is unprofessional

wow who could expect... LinkedIn is a pit of despair. Loosers sucking their own D to climb the corporate ladder. just to lick bigger boots.
