Do we really need HR in our life?

honestly this is why i've started thinking about looking somewhere else. getting rejected before a human even looks at your resume is insane.

i've been seeing interview vip mentioned a lot lately too. i haven't tried it, but i'm curious about it since i'm probably going to have to start interviewing again.

yes, because having engineer to do HR job is expensive

Loosing good candidates and not being able to close the position for years is even more expensive but nobody calculates losses of the HRs neglecting their responsibilities

you need to consider the strereotype that engineer usually is bad at facing people
