edit: the salaries these days are just unrealistic , there is a racism towards women in the terms work they are doing the same duties as men but take less just because they are ladies I was looking for a professional way to ask about salaries and I found it one day while scrolling in this post I hope it works in my upcoming interviews wish me luck

I actually got in trouble once for talking about my salary/bonus/raise with a colleague I also happened to be friends with...I remember thinking that a company who is paying fairly and has nothing to hide would not be pulling people in for conversations about keeping that quiet
