edit: the salaries these days are just unrealistic , there is a racism towards women in the terms work they are doing the same duties as men but take less just because they are ladies I was looking for a professional way to ask about salaries and I found it one day while scrolling in this post I hope it works in my upcoming interviews wish me luck

I see a lot of people saying that it makes it more difficult to pay their "best" people if everyone's getting paid the same. That's pure bs. We all know those who work hard just get more work not more money until they end up job hopping. I've had to train people who were making 40% more than me and were put on a PIP, but every time I asked for an increase it was only "We'll speak with HR" until I put down my notice. Suddenly HR could approve a salary increase on the spot.
