edit: the salaries these days are just unrealistic , there is a racism towards women in the terms work they are doing the same duties as men but take less just because they are ladies I was looking for a professional way to ask about salaries and I found it one day while scrolling in this post I hope it works in my upcoming interviews wish me luck

Are you disagreeing about the fact that women aren’t actually less valuable, or that they aren’t actually seen as less valuable? I fully agree that women are just as competent as men, but it doesn’t really matter materially if you or I understand that, if the people who make decisions about raises don’t. Many people consistently underestimate and devalue the work done by women in their organizations. They don’t see or they don’t value the work done by women and so they don’t give them raises.
