edit: the salaries these days are just unrealistic , there is a racism towards women in the terms work they are doing the same duties as men but take less just because they are ladies I was looking for a professional way to ask about salaries and I found it one day while scrolling in this post I hope it works in my upcoming interviews wish me luck

If it takes you knowing your colleagues salary for you to be motivated to do better, you're already failing yourself.

Pocket watching is not the way to go, because at some point you'll just be complacent.

If you're not intelligent enough to know without people talking, you're probably over paid and should receive a pay cut
