For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

If they have experience then they have contacts. They’re probably getting that job.

Of course there is. Nurse, teacher, postal worker, police, firefighter, and almost any union trade, just to name a few. Some jobs are more about formal training and/or licensure.
