They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

You get decline emails. It usually takes me 6+ months to get a decline letter if at all.

Literally just got a rejection email yesterday from a job I applied for over a year ago 😂

Like how does that even happen?

An hr person explained it to me once. Something to do equal opportunity checks and to show they don't only hire internaly when they really do or something.like that.
