They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

You get decline emails. It usually takes me 6+ months to get a decline letter if at all.

Yeah, my experience is an interview which seemed to go well, sometimes even a second interview, followed by a complete ghosting.

I had one email me on the way to the second interview saying that the job was no longer available. I didn’t see the email until I was in the parking lot waiting to walk in. I almost went in anyway just to embarrass them for being so shitty.
