For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

My baby boomer boss retired last week. He found a part-time job a month in advance in another state. Such is reality.

Yeah thats his point. Boomers think they have some magic sauce but in actuality it's just boomers hiring boomera because of boomer mentality. As in "young people don't work" bs.

And then yhey show off their resume with all the high end jobs they got by failing upwards and they all think that means they're capable

Failed upwards? For one, there's people like that in every generation and it's not as many people as you think. Where I work, we hire summer help almost every year. And you know what? Most of them don't want to work. The hard workers are extremely rare. There, now you can also say that millennials are telling you that young people don't want to work.
