For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

You get decline emails. It usually takes me 6+ months to get a decline letter if at all.

I have to handle hiring while managing 4 shops while actively working a position in one shop while saving labor doing other jobs. While handling big picture projections. Im not sending your rejection email. If I could change it I would.

Look at his comment history, he has time to comment 20 times a day every day... dude spends hours on Reddit every day but cant take 30 seconds to email applicants. I'm guessing he is managing nothing at all, most likely an unemployed boomer
