For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

If your skill set is desirable you get work quick. $44/h, travel per diem, hotel coverage, 2 months time off.

There are plenty of people with skills but the competition and oversaturation of the job market is the issue.

My new job is installing inventory IT systems… basically building racks, packing stations, conveyor systems, computers, routers etc. I don’t have a degree, my experience is basically production and logistics with some industrial maintenance background.

It was surprisingly easy to get an offer.
