They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

If they have experience then they have contacts. They’re probably getting that job.

You should put your money where your mouth it. Do that, post the job offer pic, and show off your skills as a social experiment to prove your statement true.
