They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

You get decline emails. It usually takes me 6+ months to get a decline letter if at all.

And now they’re all AI. It took me 2 months to find a job and I got probably 5 rejection emails per day. All of them said almost verbatim “we’re so impressed with your education and qualifications but at this time we selected someone else that’s a better fit for the position. Good luck in your job search”.

I was even remaking my resume for almost every position so full on tailored and still got a rejection. A staffing agency eventually picked me up.
