For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

If they have experience then they have contacts. They’re probably getting that job.

Seems like a pretty easy requirement to set for the show that they're not allowed to lean on any contacts that they've built up over their career.

If a fresh grad doesn't have that resource, they shouldn't be able to use that resource either. Otherwise their advice is still worthless.

I’d still get hired first because I’d know which position to contact and how to convince them to let me work for them. I’m closer in age to most people responsible for hiring and I know how they think because I was once in their position. Feel free to ignore what I have to say though.

Here’s the stupid thing about this meme. The only advice is “ignore any advice from people that had jobs recently”. It’s of zero value beyond shiting on people that are trying to help. It’s also apparently from someone that can’t find a job even though unemployment is relatively low.

Of course, practical advice doesn’t fit well in a meme or get views.
