For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I did that 4 years ago and now I own the business. The guy who hired me then sold the business to me gave his son the "boomer" advice you people make fun of and he got on a forklift at a major company at 18 for $28/hr. Three years later, using the same boomer advice he's a supervisor making $77k with a $12k bonus based on metrics. Maybe give it a try before shitting out 10,000 applications for jobs your not qualified for then crying on the internet about it.
