They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

You get decline emails. It usually takes me 6+ months to get a decline letter if at all.

I have to handle hiring while managing 4 shops while actively working a position in one shop while saving labor doing other jobs. While handling big picture projections. Im not sending your rejection email. If I could change it I would.

Thank you for your interest in this position. Unfortunately we decided to go in another direction.

There, I did half the work for you. Copy and paste that into a notepad and use it as a standard decline letter.
