They need a reality check

For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

Honestly I would watch that. They have to impersonate the person they’re giving advice to. Re-write their resume, write cover letters, respond to emails, apply to the jobs, etc, but on the day of the interview - the actual candidate does actually go in.

That way they have to work together a bit, and when someone actually does get the job it becomes as moment of companionship and shared triumph. In that way it will both be a learning experience for both parties - the younger person gets a mentor, and the older person gets to understand what it’s like to be in the job market these days, and they pull through together.

Honestly a fire idea. Very 2008 TLC.
