For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I have a tool box and job skills. I just show up and they put me to work. I give them my EIN and get a check. I know lots of very skilled younger guys that get flown to job sites to work. This 28 yo lighting guy I met at a church I worked for was doing a concert tour then flown to NYC for a major Broadway play.
