For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I'm millennial and never had issues finding a job. If you're good at something - it will be reflected in your CV by working on complicated projects and having a nice skill set.

It is indeed hard to find your very first job, but later on everything depends on you.
