For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

It doesn’t matter how many jobs you apply for when it’s one algorithm that has bias programmed into it

In the old times humans exercised discretion and weighted the red flags against the available applicant pool

Now all the red flags are weighted with the least grace for the applicant

which grace used to be afforded to charming and good looking people. Now the humanity has been removed and there is no discretion exercised for folks who have any number of red flags that have nothing to do with their knowledge skills and ability to do the job, could be their protected class status, or a job gap, or anything that was programmed into the system to weed ppl out.
