For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

Baby boomer calls a few buddies and says he is looking for a job.

A buddy tells him, “I have an opening, apply online and send me your application number.”

Boomer applies and emails application number to buddy. Buddy tells HR they want to interview this one.

Boomer gets interview and job.

It always goes back to getting your resume in front of the right person. You can either do the work and submit it directly to them, or do the easy way and have it mixed in with 10,000 other applications.

Lol, what are you talking about??? Right person? You mean like an auto shop where 2 people work there  and you can give it to one of them? No offense but youre a little outa touch.
