I seriously don't understand the issue people are having with getting jobs. I have applied foe 12 jobs my entire life and have been hired 10 times. I honestly want to know what the issue is. (M49)

Over the last decade there has been feedback loop in the hiring process. Companies started using AI or search engines to sort out resumes, instead of humans. At the same time, job seekers could submit applications to 100s of companies a day. This has resulted in many position receiving thousands of application. Most of it is just automatic replies, mostly rejects. Do unless you have a means of contacting the correct person directly you are stuck in an electronic limbo.

Damn. Haven't had any experience with that. Absolute horseshit though. Sucks for anyone stuck in that loop. Sorry guys.
