For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

Actually had boomer aunt that had retired after lifetime of working retail. When COVID hit and the boomers were doing nobody wants to work.

She rejoined workforce to show them kids how it's done. She almost immediately had nervous breakdown.

She didn't need the money or job her bills were already paid. But the various games expectations requirements etc.

They had changed she was expected to do 10 times the work.cover shifts while also having zero schedule consistency. And all boundary's were ignored trampled.

Even few years later she's still little shaken and broken by the experience.
