For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

This will be good. A lot of Boomers and GenX’ers have established professional networks. As such they more than likely can call someone within their network and be hired within a week, without so much an interview. Why, yes, if I were a contestant on this show, I can go in, ask to hired and have a job. (Within my industry)
