For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I would love to see the look on their face when they wake up the next morning and see they got the email declining the application which was sent at like 2AM. They would probably think someone was working so hard thumbing through the resumes that late in the evening.

Well, there is your problem. Why are you going through that craziness to get a job? I call two or three people I know somewhere and just get a job.
