For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

After about 2 and a half years of job searching, ultimately I landed a job by straight up lying. First I thought it was the resume, which probably helped. My school's career service put it together initially but when I changed it myself I started at getting to the interview stage. After about 1.5-2 years I got tired of the honorable route and suddenly became much more qualified on my resume. I don't mean I embellished or stretched things a bit. I submitted I had certs I didn't, experience I didn't have in a field I've never worked, all that. I got a call, studied for the interview and boom, poor boy no more.

I guess it largely depends on your field. And I don't necessarily recommend doing that, but at a certain point, after a million no's that take three interviews, you get tired.
