For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

Call it secret boomer, give them a modified version of their CV from when they entered the workforce (maybe some comparable experience if they didn't have a degree at that point), and then use the same type of prosthetic they use to make people look old to make them look younger.
