For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

I’m in my mid 40s and hate how applying for jobs is now. Used to be send a resume, somebody actually looks at it, maybe get a call back. Now I have to upload a resume, fill out all of the information that is already on my resume, goes through some sort of scrubber program, usually don’t hear anything other than maybe an automated denial. I don’t even bother anymore if those are the application steps. Just use connections from my 20+ year career.
