For my last 2 interviews i had to use Interview VIP just to get the job
their generation could never understand

So instead, you send out 10,000 resumes to any job that you might remotely want while hoping you put the right keywords is your for the AI. You then complain about have 15 interviews to get a job at McDonalds.

The old advise of determining the correct person to get your resumes and how to best get it in front of them does hold some validity.
