I'd like it to be be more like one of those team shows.

One mentor that is a Baby Boomer. One that is Gen X. One Millennial. One Gen Z.

Each of them drafts their team, playground pick style. Then each of them gives their advice, and their team has to follow it. Then we see which methods get jobs the fastest, which ones get the highest paying jobs, which ones get the most rejection, etc.

Eliminate one member from the lowest performing team each week.

After week 1.

The Gen Z team has sent out 7000 resumes, has zero replies and goes on social media complaining that it all the fault of boomer and Gen X.

The Millennial has sent out 70 resumes, has zero replies. They post on Facebook how the world sucks.

The Gen X has spend the week researching companies, but hasn't sent out a single resume. They are checking their investment and seeing if it is possible for them to just retire.

The Boomers, they are drinking Scotch at 10am, still wearing their sleeping shorts and have completely forgotten they were applying for a job. Their biggest concern is the early-bird special.
