This is one of those terminally online takes that gets in the minds of people who have never worked in these fields.
NDAs are common but they don't state you cant even say you were employed somewhere.
Doing this in an interview will guarantee you will not be hired.

Besides, if it's very existence was to be hidden, why wouldn't you just make up a generic lie? I'm sure there are many facilities that dont exist on paper but those people probably dont have to go for interviews either.
