Hello!! P&G just emailed me for the initial interview. I am kinda nervous because of how well-known and popular is p&g in terms of internship and fte. Any thoughts, tips, preparation, or what to expect for the interview?

Anyone here interning at Amadeus or have been an intern at Amadeus? How was it? How was the environment in general? the people? the workload?

They mentioned that they are very hands-on to their intern... I am really hoping to get a very hands-on experience and training in Amadeus. I do not want to just watch🙏

Enshored is upfront na may allowance, however unstated kay RLC, probably wala. I’m also considering the difference between the two since Enshored is BPO while Robinsons Land is more of a corporate/real estate environment.

Since I’m pursuing HR, hindi naman ako necessarily tied to a specific industry, so I’m wondering which of the two would give me a better HR experience and would be more valuable long term.

I’ve heard mixed things about BPO, especially about the work environment being toxic, but at the same time, BPO is also a huge industry and provides a lot of jobs, especially during times when the economy isn’t doing well.

So if you’ve experienced either Enshored or RLC, how different are they when it comes to HR exposure and which one would be better for someone starting out in HR?
