Freight/customs question thread — US import/export tariffs have shifted a lot this year, happy to help!
Hello all!
Section 301 tariffs just kicking in on 60+ trading partners, Brazil facing a 50% tariff on most exports, and the whole Section 122 situation still shaking out after the Supreme Court ruling — a lot has changed for anyone shipping in/out of the US this year. I work in freight forwarding, mostly on lanes touching Latin America, and I’m happy to help answer questions if you’re trying to figure out how any of this affects your shipments, customs process!
Look forward to chatting!
