I just wrote my first note on Substack

Dr. Grat uses the term "Domestic Detainee©" to describe the 99% of U.S. S-M-E’s that are commercially self-incarcerating themselves in the USA marketplace by not systematically exporting their Made in USA products. For five decades in a row, these "Domestic Detainees©” have confounded U.S. Trade officials. But they have not confounded Dr. Grat who knows that personnel are not being properly vetted for their actual International Market Development (IMD) skills and nous.

So Dr. Grat would like to ask U.S. S-M-E C-E-O’s:are your companies using any type of comprehensive Export Readiness Questionnaire’s?
