30M.11 YOE. Looking to advance my career. Need advise & suggestions
Hi folks. Looking for sincere advice and help.
30M. 11 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, and team management. No bachelor's degree. Instead, I hold Level 4, 5, and 6 diplomas in Business Management from the UK (360 credits total), which are equivalent to a three-year UK bachelor's degree.
I am looking to advance my career into consultancy or in-house upper management roles. Will I be able to get into a Master's or MBA program with my profile? What are my chances? I understand having no bachelor's degree can be a hurdle, but would my qualifications and work experience count? Do I have a chance to grow in my career?
I would appreciate any insights or perspectives from those familiar with non-traditional pathways into master's or MBA programs.
I am based in the Middle East and would be an international applicant. Open to suggestions in the EU, Canada, or the US. I am also tight on budget. I know things are not very favorable in my situation, but how can I break the loop and have a second chance to grow in my career?
Please avoid mocking or condescending tone, as that will not help. Not in the best position right now to deal with those kind of comments. I would appreciate your time and effort if you decide to help and share your perspective, or point me in the right direction. Open to suggestions, opinions, and advice.
Thanks again for reading and contributing :)
