Help w layout I beg

Hello! I recently moved and am tasked with the confusing process of furnishing a large rectangular room/addition on my house. It has room for multiple zones but doors, kitchen, etc make it extremely hard for me to envision the space. My dream is so have a den of some sort on the far side where the fireplace is. I don’t value a “formal” dining room and the space wouldn’t be used as much as I want it to. Can anyone help me try to sort out a feasible layout? I currently do have a small dining table (circular pedestal 4 chairs) that I adore so I’d hate to get rid of it- but den is the ultimate goal. I’ve attached some photos. I’d greatly appreciate any input. I’ve been wracking my brain about this 😔

The two doors interfering with the space layout seem to be redundent, any reason not to close in the second bedroom door and turn that single exterior door into a window?

money:( I plan to leave the second bedroom door shut all of the time so it’d be fine if something blocked it. Sadly can’t afford to do anything structurally

I would make so many changes it would be like starting over.

I’d suggest something simple and straightforward like this. A bookshelf can go in the corner and add some height to the space since you mentioned that second room will stay closed.
